How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to the United States.

We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final.  To keep our costs low, we work directly with artisan makers to deliver product directly to you.  If an item arrives damaged, we will reship the order at our cost.  Need customer service?

Do I need to be a member to buy gifts?

No!  You can purchase any of our gift options without a membership.

When can I expect my gift?

Order received by 12PM (MST) will typically ship the same day.  All products go out via standard shipping.

How will my package arrive?

Your package will arrive via UPS (United Parcel Service) standard ground.  Every gift is carefully gift wrapped in our hand crafted wood crates with a satin ribbon, and bow.  Along with the crate is a gift tag and our signature heavy weight fold-over gift card will be attached to the outside of the gift with your customized, personal message printed inside.  No packing slip, receipt, catalog or other marketing materials will be enclosed in any of our packages.  Your e-mailed order confirmation is your receipt.   

How can I review or make changes to my order?

Please contact customer service at support@klozing.com and we will be happy to assist you.  We can not guarantee the changes will be made.  

How do I start with your automatic drip campaign management?

Click on “Start your Drip Campaign” button at the top of the page.  Pick the subscription that suits you.  Once you confirm payment, you will be sent instructions on how to upload your contact list.  You will also receive an e-mail that authorizes Klozing to send e-mails on your behalf so that your clients recognize your efforts to stay in contact.  

What does Klozing do with the client information I send them?

Our marketing team will upload your list of clientele to our system under your personal, secure profile so that we can begin sending syncronized drip campaign e-mails from your authorized domain name.  Your clientele information is never shared with anyone else.  

Will my clients receive spam or marketing material?

Absolutely not.  We understand the importance of timely and concise material being sent to your clientele.  They will only receive vital market information, home value improvement suggestions, real estate investment strategies, and a few seasonal greetings.  All of which give them a subtle call to action and makes you their first thought when something peaks their interest!

What else do I get with the drip campaign?

Not only will your list of clients feel taken care of, you will receive periodic perks as well.  Including: Circle prospecting scripts, teambuilding activities for your office, discounts on future gifts and first alerts for new gifting items.  

Can I cancel any time?

Monthly Subscription:  You subscription can be cancelled 2 weeks before the next billing cycle

Annual Subscriptions:  You can opt out any time but the payment received for the annual cycle will not be refunded.  If you wish to cancel prior to the next billing cycle (365 days from purchase date) there will be no reoccurence in payment processing.
